KAYA CONSTRUCTION

The hotel construction journey that began with Kaya Side Hotel in 1988 continued with DorukKaya Hotel and mechanical facilities in 1990, Green Park Hotel in 1996, and Alanya Kaya Hotel completed the same year. Kaya Belek was completed in 1998, Kaya Select Hotel in 2000, Kaya Ramada Plaza Hotel in 2002, and Kaya Millenium Business Centre in 2006.

In 2007, Kaya Artemis Resort, one of the largest hotels in Northern Cyprus, was launched, and Kaya Palazzo Golf Club opened in November of the same year. The Artemis Convention Centre was completed in 2008, and Kaya İzmir Thermal & Convention Hotel and Kaya Convention Centre in Izmir were completed in 2010. In 2011, Kaya Palazzo Ski & Mountain Resort, one of Turkey's most magnificent winter hotels, was built and opened.

Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, which opened in Belek in 2013, became a new symbol of luxury and grandeur. In 2014, Abant Su Gölcük Facility was commissioned, bringing natural spring water to the public.

In 2017, Kaya Palazzo Resort – TRNC began welcoming guests as one of Northern Cyprus's most exclusive holiday destinations, and in 2019 Kaya Palazzo Kartalkaya Luxury Chalets opened its doors.

Kaya Palazzo Belek Luxury Lagoon Suites, opened in 2020, added a new dimension to luxury accommodation with private suites opening directly to the pool. Palazzo Lounge Kartalkaya was also completed and opened the same year.

Abant Su facilities in Burdur were launched in 2021.

The Palazzo Mansions project was completed in 2023, crowning the brand's luxury segment investments. As of 2024, construction of the Kaya Residence project has begun and continues.

The next-generation tourism investment Kaya Palazzo Bafra, to be located in Northern Cyprus, is also under construction.

Finally, the Kaya Palazzo Hotel & Convention – Ankara project is progressing at full speed, aiming to add value to the capital's business and tourism life.

CCK Travel is the travel agency that sells hotels belonging to the Kaya Hotels & Resorts and Kaya Palazzo Hotels & Resorts chains within Kaya Holding. It offers accommodation at Kaya Hotels & Resorts properties, ticket sales, hotel–airport transfers, and private aircraft charter services.

B.KAYA ELECTRICITY GENERATION INC.

B.Kaya Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. was established to bring Kaya Holding's forward-looking vision in energy to life. The company's primary goal is to provide sustainable and uninterrupted energy to facilities within Kaya Holding.

B.Kaya Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. carries out electricity generation activities in compliance with current regulations; operating in the establishment, commissioning, generation, and sale of electricity generation facilities.

DORUKKAYA PETROLEUM

Since 1990, DorukKaya Petroleum has been serving as a Turkish Petroleum chain fuel station of Kaya Holding A.Ş. on the Ankara TEM highway.

Kaya Millenium Business Centre – Istanbul

Kaya Millenium was built by Kaya Construction using advanced construction techniques and modern engineering solutions.

Kaya Air provides private aviation services domestically and internationally with a Bombardier Challenger 650 aircraft. Located in the West Apron Private Hangars Area at Istanbul Atatürk Airport General Aviation Terminal, Kaya Air and Hangar operates on a 1,500 m² built area with modern and secure infrastructure.
